from the time you first consider having a child, through pregnancy, to post-natal rehabilitation and beyond.

Pre Pregnancy preparation

Preparing you body and mind for pregnancy helps in many ways, including increasing your fertility, strengthening your core and getting into healthy habits early.


Pregnancy fitness & wellbeing

Your personalised pregnancy sessions will help you to stay strong, reduce back ache and “morning sickness”, and manage tiredness and stress levels.

We will start each session with a check-in to see how you are doing. Some weeks you may have energy, and others you may want to practice some yoga, mindfulness and core strengthening.


Post natal and beyond

There are so many benefits to looking after yourself physically and mentally after having your baby,

from learning core and pelvic floor exercises, to dealing with sleep deprivation, connecting with other mums and managing any baby blues, we’ll support you through the earliest days of motherhood.
