HIIT class

Sweat it out with a 30 minute high intensity workout, followed by 15 minutes of stretching and yoga to warm down.

Fitness & wellbeing

A good full-body workout including cardio, strength, toning and core, followed by stretching and yoga to warm down. Include mindfulness, chi gung or visualisation techniques.

De-stress

A mellow & mindful session dedicated to relaxing body and mind. We can include chi gung, yoga, pilates and mindfulness techniques.

Pre or Post-natal / NCT groups

Share your sessions with your mama friends i.e. your baby or NCT group. Find out more on our pre & postnatal page.
