Getting the results you want takes commitment and we have created this weekly programme to keep you on track:
1 x Personal Training session
Bespoke 1-to-1 sessions with your Personal Trainer.
Tailored around you and your goals.
2 x Small Group sessions
Max. 4 to a class so you still get personalised attention.
Whole-body workout, cardio & toning, stretching, yoga & warm-down.
Feel motivated and have fun doing it!
1 x Check-in session
Weekly check-in and chat with your trainer.
Include a calorie counting app or “eat well” diary if weight-loss or healthy eating are in your goals.
Assess your progress and keep your training plan on track to ensure you get the best results.
Prices
1 x Personal Training session = £45
2 x Small Group sessions = £30
1 x check-in with trainer = £15
Total= £90 per week
Summer deal = £60 per week
Payments
Clients buy 4 week blocks, and have 5 weeks to use them.
So if you are ill or away one week you won’t lose out.
We aim to get the balance between helping you commit and achieve your goals, and recognising that life does throw the occasional curve ball.
