We run a fitness & wellbeing studio by Hove Park, Brighton & Hove, UK.

We offer 1-to-1 and small group sessions focusing on whole body workouts, cardio, toning and strengthening. We have experience working with children and young people, and can run sessions for family groups.

Our specialist sessions can cover pre & post natal, women’s health, strength training, core strengthening, hormone balancing, confidence-building and weight-management in a positive way. We also include mindfulness, yoga, pilates and chi gung when clients want to include some de-stress and wellbeing.
